Role Overview

We are seeking a Resident Wellbeing Assistant to join our team at Signature Care Operations in Langwarrin VIC. As a key member of our lifestyle team, you will be responsible for delivering varied lifestyle programs to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging lifestyle programs for residents, including activities and events that cater to their interests and needs.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and staff to ensure a high level of care and support.
  • Work collaboratively with the lifestyle team to develop and implement programs that promote resident engagement and well-being.
  • Assist with the coordination of resident activities, including outings and events.

Requirements

  • Qualifications in Individual Support (Ageing) or a related field.
  • Experience in lifestyle or aged care, particularly with dementia residents.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
