Compassionate Caregivers Sought for Victoria Grange

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team at Victoria Grange Aged Care.
Job OverviewThis is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Providing personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as toileting, eating, and mobility
- Encouraging independence and promoting resident well-being
- Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of resident care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Flexibility to work morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends
- A current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable vehicle
- Full vaccination against COVID-19, including booster shots

- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience
