We are currently recruiting for a Room Leader role to join our nursery team at Old Town Day Nursery. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nursery practitioner to take the first step on their development journey.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and managing a team of nursery practitioners
  • Ensuring the high-quality care and education of children
  • Developing and implementing effective learning plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 childcare qualification and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
