**Your New Role**

As the HR Manager, you will be shaping the team culture, endorsing their fun, and lovable lifestyle. This role is perfect for a passionate and lively individual who is ready to empower the team and cultivate a positive work environment

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- End-to-end recruitment process management
- Oversee the employment lifecycle, from on-boarding process through to off-boarding
- Develop and implement amazing employee experiences, ensuring team members are engaged and motivated
- Design and execute HR strategies, programs and initiatives

**About You**:

- 5+ years of experience in the HR related field, preferably with fashion, beauty or retail experience
- Have a deep understanding of HR policies and best practice
- Ability to set clear expectations, give constructive feedback and address problems directly
- Have a positive attitude with leadership skills to motivate and empower the team
