Nursery Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Nursery Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our childcare staff, you will be responsible for leading our nursery team in providing high-quality care and education to young children.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 childcare qualification and experience in leading teams. You will be passionate about delivering excellent childcare services and committed to ensuring the well-being and development of all children in your care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the nursery team in providing safe, stimulating, and nurturing environments for children to learn and grow.
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and develop individualized plans to support their growth.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and teamwork.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 childcare qualification and have experience in leading teams. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
