Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Data Platform Architect to lead the strategic design and evolution of our customer data platforms.

This role involves architecting end-to-end customer and marketing data platforms across CRM, MDM, Salesforce, APIs, and event-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect End-to-End Solutions: Design and implement comprehensive customer and marketing data platforms that meet business needs.
  • Lead Data Solution Design: Guide the design of customer master data solutions, including survivorship, identity resolution, and golden record logic.
  • Advanced Data Modelling: Demonstrate expertise in architecting data solutions using platforms such as Redshift or Databricks, with a strong command of advanced data modelling techniques.
  • Data Stewardship and Compliance: Enable data stewardship, consent management, and PII compliance through scalable architecture.
  • Real-Time Integration: Support real-time integration between systems like Kafka, MuleSoft, and other enterprise applications.
  • Platform Patterns and Guardrails: Define platform patterns and guardrails aligned to strategic data models.
  • ArchiMate Methodology: Create architecture views using ArchiMate methodology.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, risk, and governance stakeholders. Coach and influence teams to enhance architecture maturity and promote customer-centric thinking.
