Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Platform Architect to lead the strategic design and evolution of our customer data platforms. This role is crucial in delivering personalisation at scale, driving data integrity, and enabling seamless integration across marketing, sales, and service journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design the architecture behind a unified customer experience
  • Lead solution design across modern integration and governance tools
  • Architect end-to-end customer and marketing data platforms
  • Demonstrate expertise in architecting data solutions using platforms like Redshift or Databricks

You will work closely with marketing, engineering, risk, and governance stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and data stewardship. Additionally, you will coach and influence teams to enhance architecture maturity and promote customer-centric thinking.

Requirements:
  • Deep solution architecture experience in Customer & Marketing Data Platforms, CRM, or enterprise integration
  • Strong knowledge of customer data models, hierarchical relationships, and segmentation logic
  • Experience with event-driven design, data contracts, and lineage tracking
