Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day manufacturing operations in the Fresh area of our site.

The successful candidate will drive team performance and champion a culture of continuous improvement, while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

">About the Role:
  • Daily Operations Management: Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Team Leadership / Team Mentorship and Development: Recruit, onboard, and motivate employees to ensure every role is filled with capable and engaged individuals.
  • Coach and mentor Team Leaders, conduct performance evaluations, and provide sound recommendations for employee development.
  • Production Planning and Scheduling: Plan and coordinate production activities to meet customer demands.
  • Compliance Management: Maintain and ensure compliance with quality policies, safety, food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reports on production performance, inventory, and sales.
