**About the Roles**

We are looking for Mixing Operators and Packing Operators to join the team in Liverpool. You will support the Team Leader on the production line ensuring best practice and standards. **Multiple casual and full time positions are available for our night shift 8pm to 4am or 9pm to 5am.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sets up & inspects machinery to ensure efficient start up and smooth operation
- Checks and adjust various parts for proper alignment, rotation, etc.
- Weighs and adds proper amount of ingredients to mixer at appropriate times.
- Familiar with proper operation of mixing machinery and safety checks.
- Understands scheduling
- Ensure product quality is always within specification and make adjustments to achieve highest quality within specified parameters.
- Conduct routine line inspections to address potential food safety and quality risks/concerns

**Selection Criteria (in general)**:

- Ideally Qualified machine operator or Minimum 3-5 years of Food Manufacturing experience.
- Level of physical fitness and resilience; able to lift 15 kg.
- Effective communication - written and oral
- Excellent mathematical and numerical capability
- Good product knowledge
- Ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative
- Ability to work tight timescales and under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality.
