Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to lead research efforts and develop user-centric systems, products, and services that prioritize accessibility and usability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting user research through surveys, interviews, and usability studies to inform design decisions.
  • Leading the development of user experience design principles and guidelines.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Designing and prototyping user interfaces that meet strict accessibility and usability standards.
  • Presenting research findings and design recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in UX design with a strong background in user research and usability testing.
  • Experience working on projects in regulated environments, preferably with federal government standards for security, compliance, and reliability.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify user pain points and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively present research findings and design recommendations.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and adapt to diverse project requirements.
