**Job Overview:**

We're seeking a UX Designer to drive the development of user-centric systems, products, and services that prioritise accessibility and usability. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll collaborate on large-scale projects enhancing user experiences for diverse audiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead research efforts through surveys, interviews, and usability studies to transform data into actionable recommendations.

• Conduct usability testing, create test scenarios, and analyse feedback to refine experiences while ensuring alignment with industry standards, especially in regulated environments focusing on security and compliance.

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience in UX design with demonstrated success in designing user-centric systems, products, and services.

• Experience working on projects in regulated environments, ideally with federal government standards for security, compliance, and reliability.

• Strong background in conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.

• Ability to create test scenarios, recruit participants, and analyse feedback to inform design decisions.

• Experience with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.

• Excellent ability to present research findings and design recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and adapt to diverse project requirements.

• Strong analytical skills to identify user pain points and develop innovative solutions that enhance user experiences.

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from **$85,000 - $110,000 per annum**, depending on experience.
