Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Spray Painter to join our team. As a Spray Painter, you will be responsible for undertaking quality workmanship on vehicles.

  • Mix and match colours after preparation of the vehicle.
  • Build and maintain a colour library.
  • Prepare, prime, and paint vehicles according to job requirements.
  • Buff and denib vehicles to achieve a high-quality finish.
  • Handle all vehicles with care, ensuring they are treated with respect and attention to detail.
  • Notate any extra paint work required during the process.
  • Report any old damage or poor repairs found during the repair process.
  • Clean the work bay and workshop areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Requirements
  • A trade qualification in Spray Painting.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the trade.
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety and adhering to industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and customers.
  • A high level of attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
