Are you passionate about cars and fascinated by the art of automotive refinishing? WPC Group have an exciting opportunity for you Join our team as an Automotive Refinishing Technology (Spray Painter) Apprentice and embark on a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior spray painters in prepping, priming, and refinishing vehicles to the highest quality standards.
- Prepare surfaces for refinishing by sanding, masking, and removing any imperfections.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for the automotive industry and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of automotive refinishing processes is a plus, but not required.
