About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Refinisher to join our team in Melbourne.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a perfectionist with passion and drive to achieve high-quality results efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Refinishing, cleaning, and maintaining vehicles to a high standard
- Operating equipment such as buffers, polishes, hoses, vacuums, and other machinery required for the job
- Picking up and delivering vehicles safely and following road rules
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the refinishing area and surrounding yards
Requirements:
- Adequate knowledge of tools and equipment necessary for the job
- General knowledge of vehicles (refinishing experience is essential)
- Previous experience in cutting and paint buffing
- Current manual and automatic driver's license
- Motivation to complete work on time and to company standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently without direct supervision
