Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer to lead our team and take our wills and estates business to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wills and estates law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare applications for grants of probate and letters of administration for various states and jurisdictions in Australia.
  • Draft estate planning documents.
  • Perform administrative duties and provide office assistance as required.
  • Attend to ad-hoc customer enquiries.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a lawyer.
  • Substantial knowledge or practical experience in wills and estates law.
  • The ability to supervise legal work and mentor staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
