Will and Estate Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to join our team as a Will and Estate Specialist.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work autonomously and solidify their experience in wills and estates law.

  • As a Will and Estate Specialist, you will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on complex, high-quality wills & estates matters while also expanding into other areas of practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with related professionals and referral partners;
  • Participate in structured networking activities and assist with business development;
  • Run your own files autonomously and take ownership of client matters;
  • Work closely with an Accredited Specialist Principal Lawyer to gain valuable insights and expertise.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years PAE as a Lawyer with strong experience in wills and estates law matters;
  • Excellent attention to detail and advanced communication skills;
  • Experience with LEAP software and MS Office preferred.
