The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to work autonomously and solidify your experience in Wills and Estates Law. While working at this firm you will have the opportunity to work on complex, high-quality Wills & Estates matters while also having the opportunity to expand into other areas of practice. This is an amazing opportunity to work closely with an Accredited Specialist Principal Lawyer.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established, growing firm, with long term prospects for growth and development. Be mentored by an Accredited Specialist and work in a friendly and supportive team. The position is based Bayside, Melbourne and offers long-term prospects for growth.

The Ideal Candidate
  • At least 2-3 years PAE as a Lawyer with strong experience in Wills and Estates law matters. Candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in wills & estates litigation, drafting wills, powers of attorney, claims against deceased estates, guardianship, personal and business succession planning, trusts, probate, grants of representation and superannuation issues and administration of deceased estates will be well regarded, however not all is essential.
  • Experience in other practice areas such as property law and commercial law a bonus.
  • Long term commitment
  • Excellent attention to detail and advanced communication skills
  • Experience with LEAP software and MS Office preferred.
  • General IT skills and competence.
  • More experienced candidates are also strongly encouraged to apply

  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with related professionals and referral partners.
  • Participate in structured networking activities and assist with business development.
