Job Title

A seasoned Vice President with 7–12 years of post-university professional experience is sought to lead transactions end-to-end, including managing and mentoring a strong pool of Analysts and Associates.

  • This role requires the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities, including financial modelling, documentation, process management, and external stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will bring maturity and confidence needed to collaborate with a high-performing junior team while empowering their continued development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • M&A – ideally with exposure to general industrials
  • Restructuring and/or insolvency advisory experience
  • Debt advisory or leveraged finance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least two or three years of experience in at least two of the above-mentioned areas
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
