Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Advisor.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide generalist HR advice and support to facilitate an efficient and effective workforce.
  • Employment relations, workforce planning, change management, policies and systems.
  • Manage workplace behaviour and diversity.
  • Support a respectful workplace culture.
  • Offer general advice on staffing/Award related matters.
Key Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources management or business.
  • Sound knowledge of the legislative and regulative requirements relating to human resources management and industrial/employee relations.
  • Able to accurately identify significant Human Resources issues.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
