Job Title:

Lead of Configuration Management Team

Are you a seasoned professional in configuration management looking to take on a leadership role? We have an exciting opportunity for someone with experience leading a team in a technical or manufacturing environment.

">The Role

This is a dynamic position that requires establishing and improving configuration and data management processes and training to meet business and customer requirements. You will lead a team of specialists, plan and execute configuration and data activities, manage product data, perform effective change management, implement and maintain controls necessary for data to meet security and intellectual property requirements, and effectively interface with project team members and customers.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and continuously improve configuration and data management processes and training to meet business and customer requirements;
  • Plan and execute configuration and data activities for the team to support operation of the platform and customer requirements;
  • Manage product data, technical baselines, and perform effective change management;
  • Implement and maintain controls necessary for data to meet security, trade control, and intellectual property requirements;
  • Effectively interface with project team members and customers to support the operation of the platform.
">Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role preferred, and/or experience leading a team in a technical, maintenance, or manufacturing environment;
  • Configuration Management training/certification, or willingness to complete formal training;
  • Experience in managing configuration of products in a Product Lifecycle Management system, electronic document management system, or similar;
  • Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
