About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Lead to join our team at Device Technologies Australia Pty Ltd. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing all inventory management activities across our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team that ensures accurate stock levels and timely receipting of goods from distribution centers.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive seamless execution of E&O & scrap reduction activities across all locations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and establish innovative work procedures and practices.
  • Manage Department expenditure in line with set budgets, based on volume driven activities.
  • Proactively assess non-saleable product to achieve resolution including disposition management of SLOB materials.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain planning or inventory management, ideally in the medical devices or FMCG sectors.
  • Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management and RF systems.
  • Experience with automated warehouse technologies is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
