Key Account Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients, drive business growth, and provide exceptional service.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. They will also be expected to work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and leverage CRM systems to document activities and track interactions.

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans
  • Develop and execute account call plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries and service requests
  • Monitor and report on service performance against agreed KPIs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in account management, customer service, or fleet services
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify revenue opportunities
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
