Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement best practices in change management, communications, and learning across projects being delivered.
  • Oversee change resources across projects to ensure quality controls are understood and implemented.
  • Deliver program-level change support, including communications planning and delivery of awareness campaigns.
  • Cross-reference change, communications, and learning plans to identify opportunities for project synergies.
  • Review change, communications, and learning assessments to provide advice on best practice and strategic alignment.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience delivering change projects, including communications and learning plans.
  • Experience developing or working in a change centre of excellence or project management office.
  • Experience training, managing, and leading a team.
  • Possession of qualifications in project management, change management, communications, and learning.
