Job Summary:

  5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and community awareness.
  6. Culinary Development: Develop recipes and present dishes in a professional manner.
  7. Menu Planning: Plan menus and determine prices based on costs and budgetary considerations.
  8. Store Operations: Organise daily operations of the business and ensure smooth execution.
  9. Quality Control: Maintain high food quality standards and adhere to health regulations.
  10. Facility Maintenance: Clean and maintain the store environment.
  11. Staff Development: Inspect supplies and train staff when required.
Requirements:
  • Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
