Food and Beverage Service Specialist

Elevate your career on a stunning tropical island, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. As a Food and Beverage Service Specialist, you will deliver exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Provide warm, professional service to guests while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the bar.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process payments efficiently.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene across the outlet.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Assist with stock handling, bar setup, and cellar control as required.
- A QLD or nationally recognised RSA certificate is essential for this role.
- Previous experience working in a barista or coffee shop environment is highly desirable.
- A valid driver's licence is also advantageous.
- Ability to obtain an ASIC card is necessary.
- Strong customer service skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality.
