About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housing Coordinator to join our team. As a Housing Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality housing services to individuals and families in need.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing housing facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, monitoring budgets, and leading a team to achieve results.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong leadership skills, including staff management and mentorship. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including community groups and government agencies.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A minimum 3 years' experience in a related field, preferably in social services or community housing
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, including tenancy laws and regulations
  • Understanding of the community, social and/or public housing sectors
  • Demonstrated staff management and leadership experience
  • Awareness of and sensitivity to the needs of people who are in housing crisis and/or have special needs/disabilities
  • A current Driver's Licence
