Quality Assurance and Product Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reporting directly to the Technical Commercial Director regarding matters pertaining to quality assurance and product development within Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and maintaining continuous improvement plans with suppliers, periodically auditing for standards committed to.
  • Implementing a lean management system.
  • Developing quality standards for product reception and process, sampling, storage, and dispatch.
  • Quality control systems development, including certificate of analysis of creation and control, method analysis implementation, back samples administration.
  • Understanding market trends to improve product development, pushing for improvements according to market trends.
  • Technical and Quality Assurance matching.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Lean Management, and/or Quality Major.
  • Previous professional experience in QA/QC operations or lean management.
  • Proven data analytical and problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work autonomously with direct report located overseas.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Valid WA Driving Licence.
