A seasoned Product Manager is required to lead and manage product owners across a program, delivering outcomes by leveraging people, technology, data, law, and policy.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, a background in IT, Business, or Communications with product and change management expertise.

  • Proven delivery of complex, enterprise-wide programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the organisation's strategy and operating model.

About The Program

The program aims to provide reliable, secure, trusted, and efficient services to support the economy. It has five strategic objectives: stabilise technology for enhanced security and performance, modernise registers, user channels, and interfaces, improve data quality and integrity through better linkages, enable reform via policy and legislative changes, build lasting capabilities for future enhancements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage product owners.
  • Deliver outcomes by leveraging people, technology, data, law, and policy.
  • Modernise registers, data, and user interfaces per established principles.
  • Prioritise delivery of Director and data features based on user needs and feasibility.
  • Represent user data needs to ensure consumer-focused product design.
  • Enhance UX using data insights to drive engagement and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with teams and partners to deliver quality products.
  • Advise on UX, UI, and accessibility design.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational standards.
About YouQualifications & Experience
