Job Title: Municipal Infrastructure Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Municipal Infrastructure Team Lead to join our team at EBR. As a key member of our infrastructure planning team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, mentoring, coaching, and providing technical guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver private sector approvals with diversity of scale across a range of markets
  • Engage with clients to support master planning, precinct planning, or regional planning outcomes
  • Utilize a strong appreciation of the role infrastructure in land use planning
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams
  • Prepare reports to exceptional technical and editorial standards
  • Manage commercial risks and opportunities
  • Improve or build key client relationships

Requirements:

  • Experience in NSW undertaking statutory and strategic planning
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in an appropriate field
  • Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
  • Strong communicator and natural collaborator
  • Desire to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Current driver's license
  • Experience navigating DA's, SSD's, or in undertaking strategic planning at precinct or development scale is highly regarded
