Municipal Infrastructure Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Municipal Infrastructure Lead to join our team at EBR. As a key member of our infrastructure planning team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in statutory planning, approvals, and strategic planning in NSW.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams, delivering private sector approvals, and engaging with clients to support master planning, precinct planning, or regional planning outcomes. You will also have a strong appreciation of the role of infrastructure in land use planning and be able to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.

Fundamentals we are looking for in the ideal candidate include:

  • Experience in NSW undertaking statutory and strategic planning
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in an appropriate field
  • Ability to lead and motivate high performing teams
  • Strong communicator and natural collaborator
  • Desire to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Current drivers licence
  • Experience navigating DA's, SSD's, or in undertaking strategic planning at precinct or development scale is highly regarded
