This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Financial Operations Coordinator where you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing administrative support.
The role requires strong accounting skills, proficiency in Xero Accounting Software, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will possess the ability to work accurately, efficiently, and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
- Updating cash flow and advising management on financial matters.
- Ensuring timely payment of company obligations.
- Providing administrative support to the management team.
- Compiling, editing, issuing, and filing employment documentation.
- Maintaining workforce registers and undertaking reception duties.
Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in Accounts & Admin roles, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to work autonomously.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
