
Financial Administration Officer

The Financial Administration Officer - Courtlink will be responsible for:
- Managing the Courtlink process from end to end, including daily receipting and payments, account queries, reviewing and authorising key file handling processes
- Resolving customer payment enquiries - liaising with key court personnel in developing solutions to issues raised
- Contributing to the accurate preparation and lodgement of revenue returns under tight timelines, invoice and refund processing and other accounts receivable tasks
- Preparing daily and monthly reconciliations, including investigation and resolution of reconciling items
- Support year-end reconciliations, journals, financial analysis and management reporting
- Assist and support the Senior Accountant - Trust Accounting with project work as directed.
The Financial Administration Officer - Courtlink will be responsible for processing of accounts receivable, financial reporting, general ledger account reconciliations, resolving customer payment enquiries and assisting the finance team with financial and administrative functions.
