UX/UI Design Career Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI designer to join our team in the Banking and Financial Services division. Our vision is to deliver best-in-class digital wealth features and offerings.

The Digital Experience Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to define problem statements and advocate for users. You will refine ideas and designs with customer validation and translate requirements into detailed journey maps. Key responsibilities include collaborating with design, product, and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions, refining ideas and designs through customer validation and feedback, and translating requirements into detailed journey maps.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in UX and UI Design either in-house or consulting capacity
  • Proficient in developing high-fidelity prototypes in Figma using an established Design System
  • Experience working with agile teams in co-creation and implementation of digital experiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to conduct remote and in-person UX research and usability testing
  • Self-motivated with ability to drive own workflow and work asynchronously with the team across different locations and time zones
  • Experience in financial services advantageous
