Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their goals, strengths, and support needs. You will provide tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress, connecting participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience, and group-based activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work)
- Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
- Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
- Salary Packaging: Package up to $15,900 of your pre-tax income
