  • Translate program guidelines into high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.
  • Guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalized support.
  • Build strong employer partnerships and promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and lead by example.
  • Champion person-centered practice and empowerment.
About You

You are a confident leader with a passion for mentoring others and driving performance. You know how to bring out the best in a team, creating a supportive and results-driven environment where people thrive. With a strong understanding of employment services and program guidelines, you are skilled at mentoring others to provide a high-quality service that meets performance targets.

You build genuine relationships with your team, clients, and employers alike, guiding individuals into meaningful work through empathy, trust, and tailored support. You are proactive, organized, and lead by example. Most importantly, you are committed to person-centered practice and making a real difference in people's lives.

Essential Criteria
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) – desirable
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
  • Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
  • Current Driver's License – essential
