This role involves working with individuals to explore career goals, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment opportunities. As an Employment Coach, you will also collaborate with employers to create staffing solutions that fit business needs.

Key Responsibilities- Create career opportunities for clients by matching them to suitable and sustainable roles.
- Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury, or health condition.
- Engage and work alongside employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
- Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
- Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
- Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
- Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
- Promote our organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
- Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
- Champion our values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.
- Qualifications in Employment or Human Services - desirable
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
- Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
- Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Current Driver's License - essential
