- Model Development & Management: Create, update, and maintain BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Coordination & Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate design inputs.
- Standards & Execution: Implement and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans.
- Documentation & Deliverables: Generate construction documentation, shop drawings, and schedules from BIM models.
- Technical Support & Training: Provide BIM-related technical support to project teams.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling or coordination, preferably in a consulting or multidisciplinary engineering environment.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Auto CAD.
- Familiarity with BIM 360, Civil 3D, or other relevant tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of clash detection, model coordination, and BIM execution plans (BEPs).
- Knowledge of construction documentation and project lifecycle workflows.
