BIM Coordination Specialist

You will play a pivotal role in the success of our projects by ensuring that BIM models are accurate, coordinated, and delivered on time.
As a Senior BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing BIM workflows, reviewing and validating work from BIM Technicians, and ensuring that models are coordinated and delivery-ready. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate models and track progress to meet required standards and LOD500 as-built outcomes.
- Review and validate BIM Technician work and raise potential variations or conflicts early to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with design teams, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate, coordinated, and efficient delivery.

About YouWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual who can take full ownership of BIM processes on complex projects. You should be able to:
