Autonomous Property Manager Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Residential Property Manager to work remotely with minimal office requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • At least 2 years of experience in property management
  • A current QLD certificate of registration
  • A valid driver's license
  • An individual who is reliable and can work independently

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with management on new property onboardings
  • Managing a clean portfolio of existing properties
  • Nurturing relationships with interstate stakeholders
  • Conducting incoming and outgoing inspections
  • Scheduling routine inspections
  • Preparing entries & exit reports
  • Uploading properties online for lease
  • Organizing photography and ad writing
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Maintaining properties and addressing repairs
  • Coordinating with builders on defects
  • Developing proposals for new clients
  • Ensuring compliance with smoke alarm, water, and pool regulations
