Commercial Leader for Integrated Business Planning and Capital Management

**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Leader to lead our Integrated Business Planning and Capital Management processes. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will partner with business divisions to identify and resolve key issues, drive process maturity, and implement key initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching and support to IBP leads and project owners.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Extensive experience in senior commercial leadership roles, preferably in FMCG or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and engagement skills.
  • Strong business acumen and financial knowledge.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management.
