Icu Operations Specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support the seamless operations in the Intensive Care Unit.

This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Icu Director and doctors, ensuring all relevant committee and meeting minutes are accurately documented and distributed within agreed time frames. Additionally, you will assist with the management of and updating of rosters for Icu doctors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive in their approach, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Icu Director and doctors.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and distribution of committee and meeting minutes.
  • Manage and update rosters for Icu doctors.
  • Assist with daily operations and tasks as required.

Requirements

  • A previous experience in administration with multiple key stakeholders.
  • Strong computer skills with a drive to upskill where necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high level of confidentiality and discretion.
