Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our supply operations team, assist with ordering and receiving supplies, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the supply operations team, including processing invoices and managing stock levels;
  • Assisting with ordering and receiving supplies, including verifying quantities and inspecting items for quality control;
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of patient care, including coordinating with procurement staff to negotiate prices and delivery times;
  • Participating in training and education programs to develop your skills and knowledge.
