Job Title

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Draft, prepare, and review correspondence, reports, presentations
  • Prepare and process internal and external accounts
  • Maintain compliance and risk documents for each property
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the facilities management team
  • Support the facilities management team with vendor follow-up and queries
  • Liaise with the internal finance team about revenue collections or expense payments

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management or equivalent
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Basic financial management skills
  • Demonstrable experience within an administration role providing support to a team or senior role
  • Demonstrate initiative and a proven ability to work autonomously
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage administrative tasks promptly, and meet deadlines
  • Be a confident communicator with a demonstrated ability to engage within a team
