About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Global Accounts Receivable Expert to join our finance team based in Sydney on a permanent, full-time basis. The role comes with a competitive salary range of AUD 85,000 - AUD 110,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing American Express and employee expense claims accurately and efficiently;
  • Complying with auditor requests in a timely manner;
  • Providing monthly expense and transaction reporting that meets our stakeholders' needs;
  • Actively analysing and ensuring all expense claims are submitted by due date;
  • Managing internal cross-charge journals effectively;
  • Processing invoicing and ensuring they are paid in accordance with our relevant payment terms when required;
  • Assisting with general legal accounting and accounts payable functions as directed by the National Accounts Payable Team Leader.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounts payable or associated accounts administration role; Experience in a professional services environment is desirable but not essential;
  • A high level of attention to detail.
