Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to build strong relationships with end customers and distributors.
- Assume end-to-end sales responsibilities, including generating enquiries, customer visits, understanding technical applications, quotes, and associated operational sales aspects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience developing both direct and indirect sales channels.
- Experience in sales planning, territory management, distributor management, and Key Account Management.
- Sound understanding of effective consultative selling techniques, market analysis, and closing new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of Compressed Air Systems, Dewatering Pumps, and Power Generation products.
- A technical degree and/or mechanical trade qualification (desired but not essential).
- Extensive experience selling Parts and Service products (service contracts, fixed price plans etc.).
- High level of analytical skills and attention to detail.
- High level of communication and organisational skills.
- Experience using SAP CRM and ERP platforms.
- Available to travel interstate regularly and occasional travel overseas.
