Tomax Logistics is seeking the services of an experienced Cartage Coordinator for LCL/Air to support the Cartage team. Based in our Clayton office in a permanent, full-time capacity, the proposed hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm, 37.5 hours per week.

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this exciting role will liaise with shipping and air forwarders, to secure bookings and manage time slots. The role will also entail liaising with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

The Cartage Coordinator will be responsible for arranging and organising documentation, quarantine inspections, quoting transport costs and managing the payout of duty/GST.

The successful applicant will receive a comprehensive induction in all relevant internal processes and software to ensure early success in the role.

Successful applicants must have:

- Excellent demeanour demonstrating professional and courteous behaviour
- The ability to work under pressure with high volume deliveries
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Demonstrate sound computer skills including Microsoft Office and CargoWiseOne

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
- Performance bonus
