Job Title: Operations Superintendent

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead our field operations, overseeing well servicing rig activities. As Operations Superintendent, you will be responsible for driving daily rig operations, optimising performance, and proactively managing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive daily rig operations, ensuring seamless execution of maintenance and change processes.
  • Optimise performance by analysing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Proactively manage projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver operational outcomes.
  • Built strong relationships with our client's operations team, ensuring satisfaction and seamless collaboration.
  • Champion safety and environmental standards, leading incident reviews, and ensuring compliance with HSE plans.
  • Manage rig budgets, P&L, invoicing, and CAPEX planning with precision.
  • Mentor rig managers, oversee training compliance, and build succession plans.
