Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead our team in Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of skilled technicians and mentors them effectively
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication
  • Coordinate and allocate work orders for the Field Service team efficiently
  • Manage rosters and approve timesheets in a timely manner
  • Plan resource allocation strategically to meet productivity targets
  • Provide technical support to the Field Service team as needed
  • Ensure a safe working environment by championing a strong safety culture

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification with experience working on heavy equipment such as CAT machinery
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation abilities
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office
