Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Mentor a team of Field Hydrogeologists across multiple sites, fostering a culture of safety, respect and continuous learning.
  • Oversee high-quality field execution in drilling, aquifer testing and groundwater data collection.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance hydrogeological field programs and support environmental stewardship goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience in drilling and water-well drilling.
  • Practical experience in developing and testing in Pilbara terrain.
  • Good communication and time management skills with ability to deliver large-scale programs.
  • A bachelor's degree (geology, hydrogeology, science or engineering) and manual driving license.
