This role is an exciting chance to lead a team that provides essential field-based services to customers.

You will oversee meter reading activities, conduct inspections, and support investigations related to customer accounts and metering infrastructure.

To achieve this, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team development, while also managing service delivery through external contractors.

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering and coordinating customer service operations within a large, commercially focused organization
  • Demonstrated capability in performing field-based activities within a customer-centric environment
  • Sound understanding of field operations related to Metering Services, including customer account practices and processes
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Relevant technical background in the water or plumbing industry
